What's the difference between workflow automation and AI automation?+
Workflow automation moves work between systems using rules you define — when a form comes in, create the CRM record, send the quote, schedule the follow-up. AI automation adds judgement to steps rules can't cover, like reading a supplier invoice in any format, or deciding which of nine departments an email belongs to. Most real projects use both, and we scope whichever the process actually needs rather than selling the more expensive one.
Which tools do you connect?+
Anything with an API, which is nearly everything: QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Shopify, Stripe, Square, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Airtable, Notion, Monday, ServiceTitan, Jobber and most industry-specific software. If a system has no API we can usually work with scheduled file exports or database access instead.
How long before it pays for itself?+
For a $999 single workflow removing about five hours of admin a week, the build pays back in roughly two to three months at typical US admin wages. We put the specific arithmetic for your process in the proposal — your hours, your rates — so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
What if our process changes later?+
Workflows are built to be edited, and we document them in plain English so your team can make simple changes without us. For structural changes, small edits after the tuning window are usually quick and quoted individually; there's no retainer you have to be on.
Will this replace people on my team?+
Almost never, in our experience — it moves them off the parts of the job nobody wanted. The businesses that get the most out of this are usually the ones that were about to hire an admin person and would rather not, or teams so buried in data entry that the actual work is slipping.
Do you work with US businesses remotely?+
Yes — every US client we have is remote. Our team is in India and works a daily overlap with US Eastern, Central and Pacific hours, so calls happen in your morning. Everything is quoted in USD before we start.
