How do I know which parts of my business are worth automating?+
That's what the free audit is for. We spend 30–45 minutes walking through how work actually moves through your business, then come back with a short list ranked by hours saved per dollar spent. If nothing on that list justifies the cost, we tell you — we'd rather lose the quote than sell you an automation that saves four minutes a week.
Do I have to move to new software?+
No, and we'd usually advise against it. We build on what you already pay for — QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Sheets, Slack, your existing database. Migrations are expensive, disruptive, and rarely the actual problem.
What happens when an automation gets something wrong?+
Every workflow we build has a failure path. Anything the system isn't confident about is routed to a person instead of being guessed at, and you get an alert. For anything touching money or customers we add an approval gate by default, so a human signs off before it goes out.
Is this just Zapier? Could I do it myself?+
For a simple two-app trigger, honestly, yes — and we'll tell you so rather than charge you for it. Who owns the automations once they're built?+
You do — completely. Every workflow, API key, server and account is handed over in your name. There's no platform fee to us and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
What does it cost to run each month?+
Our build fee is one-time. The ongoing cost is whatever the underlying services charge — typically $20–$200/month for AI model usage and any automation platform, depending on volume. We estimate this in the proposal so there are no surprises, and we bill it to your own accounts rather than marking it up.
