Utah has serious e-commerce operators. Can you actually build to that standard?+
Judge it from the work rather than the claim — real client sites are linked below and you can open any of them. What we'd say plainly: the Utah benchmark is high because the people evaluating have often run large funnels themselves, and a build that passes elsewhere doesn't pass here. We build to that bar or we tell you we're the wrong fit. We'd rather lose the project than deliver something that embarrasses you in this market.
We're a new business. What should we build first?+
Usually less than you're planning. The common pattern here is a first-time founder specifying a full platform when what's needed is a fast site that converts, a working booking or checkout path, and one automation that removes the biggest manual bottleneck. We'd rather scope that, get it earning, and build the rest against evidence than take a larger fee for features nobody has validated yet.
Should I target Salt Lake City or the whole Wasatch Front?+
The specific cities you serve. The corridor runs roughly a hundred miles and residents identify with their own city — Lehi, Draper, Provo, Orem, Sandy. A Salt Lake City page won't rank for Lehi terms, and Silicon Slopes companies in Lehi are searched for as Lehi. Separate pages for the ones you actually cover.
Do you work with direct sales or supplement companies?+
Yes, with one caveat stated upfront: we'll build the storefront, the subscription and fulfilment flows and the automation, but we won't write health or income claims. Those carry real regulatory exposure in this category and they need your legal and compliance review, not a developer's judgement. We'll flag anything on the page that looks like it needs that review.
Are you actually based in Salt Lake City?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Salt Lake City businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Salt Lake City search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from UT?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Salt Lake City?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $499.
