Yes — bilingual English and Spanish handling is included in the Multi-Line tier and can be added to the others. It matters more in some markets than others: in Miami, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio or much of Los Angeles, an agent that switches on the caller's first Spanish word is a measurable difference in booked jobs. In others it's an expense with no return, and we'll say which one you're in.
