SEO & AI search
Technical SEO, content architecture and AI-search visibility (AEO/GEO) for businesses that want qualified enquiries, not a traffic chart, run by the team that builds the site, so the fixes actually ship.
A real audit of your site with the issues ranked by impact, yours whether or not you hire us.
Quick answer
Mana Studio's SEO packages are published rather than quoted: on the India price list local SEO starts at ₹20,000 a month, growth SEO is ₹35,000 a month, and a one-off technical audit is ₹7,500; the US price list is separate and starts at $799. All monthly work runs month to month. Technical fixes can move impressions within weeks, because they change what Google can crawl and trust; content and authority work on a competitive term is a four-to-eight-month horizon, and any shorter timeline quoted for a competitive query should be treated as a sales tactic. No agency can guarantee a number one ranking, and Mana Studio does not — what is committed to is the work, the reporting and honesty about what is and is not moving, with qualified enquiries from organic search as the reported metric rather than a traffic chart. Monthly reporting covers impressions, clicks, average position and ranking keyword counts from Search Console, landing pages and conversions from GA4, and enquiries attributed to organic search; if enquiries are flat while traffic is up, that gets said and the approach changes. The work covers technical SEO, content architecture, and AI-search visibility — being the source an AI assistant quotes rather than a link in a list. Sites Mana Studio did not build are audited and worked on directly in the client's codebase, or handed to their developers as a prioritised list specific enough to implement without a follow-up meeting. Mana Studio is based in Warangal, Telangana, India, works with clients in India, the United States, the United Kingdom and the UAE in English, Telugu and Hindi, and replies to enquiries within one business day.

Most SEO retainers fail at the same point: the audit is delivered, the recommendations need a developer, and the developer has a roadmap. Six months later the same issues are on the same slide. We are a development studio that does SEO, which means the fix and the person who ships it are the same engagement, schema, rendering, Core Web Vitals, internal linking and sitemaps are code changes, and code is what we do.
The second half of the job is newer. A growing share of commercial research now ends inside an AI answer: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews, where there is no page two and usually no click. Getting quoted there depends on things classical SEO ignores: entity clarity, structured data that matches the visible page, self-contained answerable sections, and a machine-readable layer at the URLs agents actually fetch. We do that work on this site first, and you can inspect every part of it.
What we do not do is sell rankings. Nobody can promise a position, and an agency that quotes you one is either guessing or planning to report on keywords that were never going to bring you customers. The number we report on is qualified enquiries from organic search.
Two of these need SEO. The others need something else first, and an agency that does not say so is selling you a retainer.
The real job. It starts with which queries actually have buyers behind them, because ranking for the wrong phrase produces traffic and no enquiries.
Titles and descriptions written for a crawler rather than a person. The cheapest win available, and it shows up in weeks rather than months.
Not an SEO problem. Either the traffic is the wrong intent, or the page gives nobody a next step. Adding more traffic to that page makes the numbers look better and changes nothing.
Almost always a missing redirect map. Recoverable, and the first thing we check.
Reporting against Search Console, in queries and clicks. If a number cannot be traced back to a source you can open yourself, it should not be in the report.
Then you need ads, not SEO, and we will say that. SEO compounds over months. Anyone promising a ranking by a date is selling something they cannot control.
Crawlability, indexation, canonicals, redirects, rendering, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals. We find them and we fix them in the codebase, not a PDF handed to a developer who has other plans.
Organization, Service, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb and LocalBusiness markup that matches what the page actually says, server-rendered so crawlers see it. Schema injected after hydration is schema that is often never read.
One page, one primary intent, written down. Most sites that plateau are competing with themselves, two or three pages targeting the same query, splitting links and confusing Google about which to rank.
Service, industry and location pages arranged so each has a job, plus the supporting content that links into them. Built as a structure, not a blog calendar.
Entity consistency, quotable self-contained sections, FAQ coverage of the real buying questions, llms.txt and machine-readable price and service data, and crawler access for the answer engines that respect it.
Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, location pages that carry genuine local value, and review generation. For a business selling within a city, this is usually where the enquiries come from.
Search Console and GA4 configured properly, conversion events on the forms, calls and WhatsApp clicks, and reporting on qualified leads by landing page rather than on sessions.
The honest version of a conversation most agencies avoid, because two of these answers do not involve hiring us.
| If this is the situation | What actually fits | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You need enquiries this month | Paid ads | SEO does not work on that timescale. Ads buy the click today; SEO earns it repeatedly later. Different instruments. |
| You want compounding enquiries over a year | Monthly SEO, from ₹20,000 | Technical fixes, content and links, reported monthly against Search Console. Month to month, with no lock-in. |
| You mostly serve one city and want the map pack | Local SEO plus the Google Business Profile | The map pack is won largely on the profile, categories, reviews and posts. Much of that work is not on your website at all. |
| You are not sure what is wrong | One-off audit, ₹7,500 | A paid audit with a prioritised list you can hand to anybody, including your own developer. No retainer attached. |
| Your site is slow and nobody can edit it | Fix the site first | SEO on a site that cannot be changed is paying somebody to write recommendations nobody can act on. |
| You want to be cited by ChatGPT and AI answers | Answer engine work | Overlaps with SEO but is not identical: it rewards quotable, structured, well-sourced passages more than link volume. |
No agency can guarantee a ranking, and any that does is either guessing or buying something that will be discounted later. What is promised here is the work, the reporting and the ability to leave at the end of any month.
Mainstream, well-supported technology — chosen so your next developer can pick the project up, not so we are the only ones who can maintain it.
How we work
We crawl the site and come back with what is actually holding it back, ranked by impact against effort. You keep that document whether or not the engagement continues.
Indexation, duplicate targeting, schema, speed and internal linking. Content work on a site with a broken technical floor is money spent on pages Google is not confident enough to rank.
One page per primary intent, cannibalisation resolved by merging or re-scoping rather than by publishing more. The map is a document you keep.
Content against mapped intents, then monthly reporting on impressions, positions, landing pages and, the number that matters, enquiries from organic search.
SEO is one of the fully published services here, in both markets. There is no lock-in contract: the monthly packages run month to month, because an agency that needs a twelve-month tie-in is telling you something about its results.
Sites where organic search was the point of the architecture, not a phase after launch.

No, and nobody can, anyone who does is either guessing or planning to report on keywords with no commercial value. What we commit to is the work, the reporting and the honesty about what is and is not moving. The metric we report on is qualified enquiries from organic search.
Technical fixes can move impressions within weeks because they change what Google can crawl and trust. Content and authority work on a competitive term is a 4–8 month horizon. Any timeline shorter than that quoted for a competitive query should be treated as a sales tactic.
Answer Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation, being the source an AI assistant quotes rather than a link in a list. You need it in proportion to how much of your category's research now happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overviews rather than a results page. For most B2B and considered purchases, that share is already large enough to plan for.
Yes, and most of the audit work is exactly that. We work directly in your codebase where you can give us access, or hand your developers a prioritised, specific list of changes where you cannot, specific enough to be implemented without a follow-up meeting.
Different buyer. The local pages sell to a business competing inside one city: Google Business Profile, map pack, locality pages, Telugu-speaking support. This page is for companies competing nationally or globally, where the work is technical SEO, content architecture and AI search visibility.
Impressions, clicks, average position and ranking keyword counts from Search Console; landing pages and conversions from GA4; and enquiries attributed to organic search. If enquiries are flat while traffic is up, we say so and change what we are doing.

Guides
This is written for the national and global buyer comparing SEO companies in India, not for a business trying to win one city's map pack. If that is your search, the local SEO page and the Hyderabad city packages cover that job with local pricing and Telugu-speaking support; this page is technical SEO, content architecture and AI search visibility for companies competing beyond one location.
The reason to hire a development studio for SEO rather than a marketing agency is specific: most SEO retainers stall at the point where the recommendation needs a developer, and the developer has other priorities. Here the audit and the fix come from the same team, because schema, rendering, Core Web Vitals and internal linking are code changes, and writing code is what the studio already does.
Classical SEO gets you a ranking. A growing share of commercial research now ends inside an AI answer, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews, where there is frequently no click at all. Getting quoted there depends on things classical SEO ignores: entity clarity, structured data that actually matches the visible page, sections that answer a question in full on their own, and a machine-readable layer at the URLs an AI agent actually fetches.
Neither job replaces the other. A page that ranks but is never quoted, and a page that gets quoted with no traffic behind it, both miss half the opportunity that exists today.
Published, not quoted: on the India price list, local SEO starts at ₹20,000 a month, growth SEO is ₹35,000 a month, and a one-off technical audit is ₹7,500. The separate US price list starts at $799 a month for the local tier, $1,499 for growth, and $349 for a standalone audit. All monthly work runs month to month with no lock-in.
An agency asking for a twelve-month contract before it has shown you a month of results is telling you something about how confident it is in those results.
Ask what happens to a fix that needs a developer. If the answer is a PDF handed to your web team with no follow-up, that is the exact failure mode this page opened with. Ask whether the retainer reports on rankings or on enquiries, and be wary of any promise of a specific position by a specific date, nobody can guarantee that and an agency that does is either guessing or targeting keywords with no commercial value.
If the site itself is slow, broken, or missing basic pages, content and link work on top of it is money spent on pages Google is not confident enough to rank regardless of the content quality. The right order is: fix the technical floor, then map keyword intent to URLs, then publish. An SEO retainer that starts with content while the technical floor is broken has the sequence backwards.
Technical fixes can move impressions within weeks, because they change what Google can crawl and trust. Content and authority work on a genuinely competitive term is a four to eight month horizon, and any shorter timeline quoted for a competitive query should be read as a sales tactic rather than a forecast.
SEO compounds when the same team keeps the map of which URL owns which intent current as the business adds services or markets, rather than starting the map over with each new engagement. Monthly reporting exists so both sides can see, in numbers, whether it is time to change approach rather than wait out a contract.
