Before you write
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write during Indian working hours. If you WhatsApp during the US morning you'll typically get an answer inside a couple of hours, because that's the Indian evening and someone is generally still around.
Can you take calls in US business hours?
Yes, in the US morning — that's the Indian evening, and it's the slot most US clients use. Afternoon and evening ET calls are the Indian small hours, so those we schedule rather than take live.
Do you meet in person?
In Warangal and Hyderabad, yes. Everywhere else the work runs over calls, WhatsApp and email. We don't have US offices and don't claim to — if your project genuinely needs someone on site, hire someone local.
What should I include in a first message?
What you're trying to build or fix, roughly what you're working with as a budget, and when you need it. That's enough to tell you whether we're a fit and to give you a real number rather than a range.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any detail is shared if you'd like one. We'll also sign yours rather than insisting on our template.
