About
A small studio in Warangal, building for businesses in four countries
Mana Studio is a small product and marketing studio founded in July 2025 and based in Warangal, Telangana, India, working with businesses in the United States, India, the United Kingdom and the UAE. It has shipped more than 20 projects since launch. It builds websites, web and mobile applications, AI automation and AI agents, and runs the SEO that gets them found. Every package price is published on the site rather than quoted on request, and every project is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts. The people who scope a project are the people who build it — there are no account managers.
How it started
Before Mana Studio we were a group of friends working full-time as developers — web and mobile applications across React and Node, Python, React Native and Expo, Go, and whatever else a job needed. Alongside the day jobs we each kept helping businesses on the side: a website here, an automation there, whatever the technical problem happened to be.
The same pattern showed up every time. A business needed design, development, SEO and increasingly some kind of AI or automation work, and there was no single team that could do all of it. So they hired four people who each solved their own piece and none of whom were accountable for whether the thing actually worked.
That’s the gap we started Mana Studio to close, in July 2025 — the same friends, doing it together instead of separately.
Since then we’ve shipped more than 20 projects — websites, web and mobile applications, automation builds and SEO engagements. That’s a real count, not a rounded one, and it’s deliberately stated as a floor rather than inflated to something rounder.
Which makes us a young studio, and we’d rather say so than have you work it out. What that buys you is the version of an agency that still answers its own messages and hasn’t accumulated a sales layer. What it costs you is a shorter track record than a firm that’s been at this for a decade. If that trade isn’t one you want to make, hire the decade — no hard feelings. If it is, start with something small enough to be a cheap test.
Why it exists
Because we got tired of watching businesses spend money on beautiful websites that never brought them a single customer.
Most agencies deliver a site and move on. The site looks good in the handover call, and six months later nobody can say what it changed. We’d rather build the thing that produces a measurable result — the SEO that gets found, the automation that gives someone their week back, the app that people actually open — and be judged on that instead of on the design review.
The goal isn’t to launch projects. It’s to build things that keep working after we’ve gone.
How we work
You talk to the builders
The person who scopes your project is the person who writes the code or runs the campaign. Nothing gets relayed through an account manager who wasn't in the room.
The price is published
Every package price is on the site — $169 for a landing page, $499 for an automation build, $299/month for local SEO. You get a dated proposal with scope and milestones.
You own everything at the end
Code, designs, domains, hosting and logins are handed over in full. Nothing is locked to us, and leaving costs you nothing but the decision.
US hours when you need them
The studio is one timezone, and we say so. The US morning is the Indian evening and that's the slot most US clients use — we don't claim 24/7 cover we can't staff.
What we turn down
We’re not the right fit for every project, and it costs everyone less to find that out now than three weeks in.
You're shopping for the cheapest developer
Price is a real constraint and we publish ours precisely so you can check it early. But if the only criterion is the lowest number, someone will always go lower, and you should hire them.
You need guaranteed results overnight
SEO compounds over months. Apps take weeks. Automation needs the process mapped before it's built. Anyone promising you otherwise is either guessing or lying.
You want a copy of someone else's product
We won't clone a competitor's app or lift someone's IP. Aside from the legal exposure, a copy has no reason for anyone to choose it.
There's no clear business objective
“We need a website” isn't a goal. If nobody can say what the thing is supposed to change, the project has no way to succeed and no way to be judged.
What’s left is the work we want: businesses that care about quality, answer their messages, and want something that keeps delivering after launch.
