How much does a gym website cost?+
A single landing page built around a trial offer is $499 and is often the right first step if you're running ads. A full studio site — classes, schedule, pricing, coaches, trial funnel and blog — is $999. Multi-location or anything with member accounts and online membership management starts at $1,249.
Can you integrate our Mindbody / Wodify / Glofox schedule?+
Yes. Where the platform offers a proper API we pull the schedule live and style it to match your site instead of using their default widget, which is usually slow and off-brand. Where the platform only offers an embed, we use it but keep the booking flow as clean as their embed allows. Tell us which you run and we'll say which of those you're in before quoting.
How much is a member app?+
An MVP app — class booking, check-in, schedule, notifications, member profile — starts at $1,049 and takes 6–10 weeks. A full product with payments, multiple locations, progress tracking and an admin dashboard starts at $1,999. Both stores are submitted by us. Ongoing maintenance, which apps genuinely need, is $249/month and cancellable.
We want to be ready for January. When do we start?+
October at the latest for a full site, and September if an app is involved. A business website is a 2–3 week build and an app is 6–10 weeks, but the part people forget is that SEO and content need a head start to be ranking when the searches spike. Starting in December means you're paying for ads to cover ground you could have owned.
Do you produce the video content?+
Yes — $499/month gets you twelve videos, which is about three a week: a member result, a coach explainer, a class clip. Send us raw phone footage from the floor and we script, cut, caption and deliver in every aspect ratio. Or $149 for one video if you want to see the quality first.
We have four locations. How should that be structured?+
One site with a genuine page per location — its own address, schedule, coaches, photos and Google Business Profile. Members searching 'gym near me' are matched by proximity, so each location needs its own local presence. Separate websites per location split your authority and make content four times the work.
