The Patancheru–Bollaram industrial area, along the Mumbai highway west of Hyderabad, is widely described as India's largest cluster of bulk drug manufacturing, with Jeedimetla adding engineering, plastics and chemical units to the north. Many plants here are mid-sized API and intermediate makers or suppliers to larger pharma companies.
A lot of the daily record-keeping in these units is still on paper: batch registers, cleaning logs, gate passes, contract-labour muster rolls. The records exist, but finding one during an audit or a customer query takes time.
Android and iOS apps from one React Native codebase, so supervisors can use cheap Android phones and managers can use iPhones. A backend and admin panel with role-based access and an audit trail of who changed what. Offline entry for areas with weak signal, syncing when the phone reconnects. Push notifications when a check is overdue. Source code handed over. A web dashboard for the plant head is part of the same build when needed.
We do not sell these apps as a replacement for a validated QMS or ERP. They digitise the paper around them and export cleanly into the systems you already use. If your process needs formal computer system validation, we tell you in the first meeting.
