We're the US arm of an overseas company. Should we build a separate site?+
In almost every case, yes — a separate US site under its own structure, not a translated subfolder of the parent. American buyers search different terms, evaluate differently, and expect different proof points. A translated site typically ranks for nothing commercially useful because it was structured for a different market's search behaviour. We'd keep brand consistency with the parent and build the content and structure for the US.
Can you write technical content for a medical device company?+
We can build the site, structure the content and handle the SEO, and we can draft technical content that your regulatory and clinical people review before publication. What we won't do is publish clinical or regulatory claims without your sign-off — in a regulated category that's your liability and it needs your review, not ours.
Do you build multilingual sites for Korean, Chinese or Japanese customers?+
Yes, with the same standard we apply to Spanish: separate indexed URLs per language, correct hreflang, and professional translation rather than machine output. We work with native translators for the languages we don't cover in-house, and that cost is quoted upfront rather than appearing later.
How is Irvine different from Los Angeles for search?+
Irvine is a much cleaner market. It's a single well-defined city rather than a fragmented county, catchments align with the city boundary, and there's far less competition for commercial terms than in LA. A well-built Irvine page can realistically rank; a well-built "Los Angeles" page usually can't. The Orange County terms — Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin — are similarly winnable.
Are you actually based in Irvine?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Irvine businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Irvine search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from CA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Irvine?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $499.
