How do I get more direct bookings instead of platform bookings?+
Three things, in order: a site that loads fast enough on hotel and mobile connections that people don't abandon it, a booking flow with fewer steps than the platform's, and a concrete reason to book direct — a better rate, parking, a late checkout. The platforms win on convenience, so you have to actually beat them on it rather than just wishing customers would come direct.
Should my Anaheim site be in Spanish as well as English?+
For businesses serving west and central Anaheim, it's usually worth it — those are substantially Spanish-speaking neighbourhoods and a properly built Spanish version widens the market. For a hotel serving international convention traffic, the higher-value additions are often different languages entirely. We look at your actual customer mix rather than applying a rule.
Does convention traffic change how the site should work?+
Significantly, if you're near the Convention Center. Convention visitors search in tight bursts around event dates, almost entirely on mobile, with very high intent and very little patience. That argues for lightweight, fast landing pages tied to the event calendar rather than a heavy site — and for having those pages live well before the event, not during it.
We're a manufacturer, not a tourism business. Is this page relevant?+
Yes — Anaheim Canyon is one of the larger industrial districts in Orange County and a lot of our Anaheim work is B2B rather than visitor-facing. Different site, different strategy: capability content, part and product catalogues, RFQ handling and search targeting the technical terms buyers use. None of the tourism advice above applies to you.
Are you actually based in Anaheim?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Anaheim businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Anaheim search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from CA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Anaheim?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $499.
