Should I target Los Angeles or my specific neighbourhood?+
Your neighbourhood, almost always. "Los Angeles" terms are dominated by national brands and directories, and the traffic they send is geographically useless — someone in Pomona finding a Santa Monica studio isn't a lead. Ranking for Culver City, Glendale, Torrance or the Valley delivers customers who will actually show up. We'd rather build you five pages that rank than one that doesn't.
Do I need a Spanish version of my site in LA?+
It depends entirely on where you are and who you serve. For a business in East LA, Boyle Heights, Huntington Park or much of the San Fernando Valley, a properly translated Spanish version — not a Google Translate widget — measurably widens the customer base. For a B2B firm in El Segundo it usually isn't worth the maintenance. We'll look at your actual catchment and tell you which one you're in.
How do you compete with an LA agency that can meet me in person?+
For some businesses, we shouldn't — if you need someone in the room weekly, hire locally and we'll say that on the call. What we offer instead is a published price, a live preview link you can open at any hour, and the same senior person on your project throughout rather than a junior after the pitch. Most of our US clients have never met us and don't want to; they want the site launched.
My business serves the whole LA metro. Does the neighbourhood advice still apply?+
Yes, but differently. If you genuinely serve everywhere — a mobile detailer, an IT firm, a delivery-based business — you want one strong city page plus service-area pages for your top five zones, and a Google Business Profile with a service area drawn to match. What you don't want is fifteen near-identical suburb pages; Google reads that as doorway content and it can hurt the whole domain.
Are you actually based in Los Angeles?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Los Angeles businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Los Angeles search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from CA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Los Angeles?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $499.
