Our customers are engineers. What do you do differently?+
Build it properly and let it be inspected. Server-rendered Next.js rather than a plugin stack, green Core Web Vitals as a delivery condition rather than an aspiration, semantic accessible markup, and the code in your repository from day one so anyone technical on your side can read it. In most markets that's invisible; in Seattle a meaningful share of your customers will notice.
Why would I hire an offshore team in a city full of developers?+
Cost, mostly, and availability. Seattle engineering rates are among the highest anywhere and local agencies price accordingly — often $20,000 or more before design begins. The same build from our team in Hyderabad and Warangal is a published price at a fraction of that, on the same stack, with you owning the code. The genuine trade-off is no one in the room and a time-zone offset. If your project needs daily in-person collaboration, hire locally and we'll say so.
Does the B&O tax affect how you'd quote?+
It affects what makes sense to recommend more than how we quote. A gross-receipts tax squeezes margins regardless of profitability, which means recommendations here need to pay back faster than in a market with more headroom. Practically that pushes us toward fixing what you have over rebuilding, and toward automation with a clear payback rather than speculative projects.
Is Bellevue a separate market?+
Yes, and we keep a separate page for it. Bellevue is across the lake with a different business profile — more corporate, more enterprise-oriented, and with its own search behaviour. The bridges are real friction and residents on each side largely stay there for routine services.
Are you actually based in Seattle?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Seattle businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Seattle search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from WA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Seattle?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $799.
