We make hardware, not software. Can you build the systems around it?+
That's a large part of what we do for Valley suppliers: RFQ and quoting portals, spec and part catalogues with real search, customer portals for order status, and integrations into whatever ERP you already run. The pattern we see constantly is a strong engineering company running its commercial side on spreadsheets and email threads, and that's a solvable problem.
Is San Jose different from San Francisco for SEO?+
Substantially. San Francisco is a dense seven-mile city where catchments are neighbourhood-sized. San Jose covers about 180 square miles with car-based travel, so catchments are wider but still nowhere near city-wide — a customer in Almaden Valley isn't driving to Berryessa for a routine service. The right structure is a strong main page plus district pages for the areas you actually serve.
Do you work with businesses in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and Mountain View too?+
Yes — the whole Valley. This page is written for San Jose because it's the largest city and the search term with the most volume, but the same work applies in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Cupertino and Milpitas, and the targeting is adjusted to whichever of those you actually take business from.
Can you integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot or NetSuite?+
Yes, all three, plus QuickBooks, Zoho and most of what a mid-size Valley business runs. Integration work is quoted as part of the build rather than as a surprise line item afterwards — we'll ask what your stack is on the first call precisely so the quote includes it.
Are you actually based in San Jose?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with San Jose businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the San Jose search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from CA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to San Jose?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $799.
