Why is your price a tenth of what a San Francisco agency quoted me?+
Because roughly nothing in our cost base is San Francisco. Our engineers are in Hyderabad and Warangal, we have no SoMa lease, and we don't carry a sales team. The stack is the same — Next.js, React Native, the same hosting, the same schema and performance work — and you own the code either way. The honest difference is that you won't get someone sitting in your office, and for some projects that matters. We'll tell you if we think yours is one of them.
We're a startup. Can you build our MVP?+
Yes, and we'll push back on scope before we quote. Most MVP briefs we receive contain three features that matter and eleven that could wait six months, and building all fourteen is how a runway gets burned. Our MVP tier is priced for the version that proves the thing, with the rest quoted separately once you know whether anyone wants it.
Can you work with our existing design system or Figma files?+
Yes — that's the common case with SF clients, who usually have design covered and need it built properly. Hand us the Figma and we'll build to it in Next.js, including the component library, rather than redesigning around what's easy to implement.
Do you sign NDAs and handle IP assignment properly?+
NDA signed the day you ask, before any scoping call if you'd prefer. IP assignment is unconditional and in the contract: everything we write for you is yours, in your repository, with no licence-back and no reuse. We don't put client work in a portfolio without written permission.
Are you actually based in San Francisco?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with San Francisco businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the San Francisco search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from CA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to San Francisco?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $799.
