Mostly who finds you. Your existing customers keep coming; what you're missing is everyone who moved onto your block in the last few years and searched instead of asking. In neighbourhoods like Fishtown or South Philly that's a large and growing share of the market. The first competent site in a category on a given block tends to pull ahead quickly, because the local bar is genuinely low.
How do I compete with Penn Medicine or CHOP for medical searches?+
Don't, on general terms — that's budget spent against institutions you can't out-rank. Compete on specificity: your neighbourhood, a named sub-speciality, a specific procedure, same-week availability, a language you speak. Those searches are lower volume and much higher intent, and the large systems rarely target them.
Should I target Philadelphia or my neighbourhood?+
Your neighbourhood, for almost any local business. Philadelphia's neighbourhoods function as separate markets with strong resident identification, and cross-town travel for routine services is unusual. Three or four neighbourhood pages with real local content beat one city page consistently.
Are you actually based in Philadelphia?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Philadelphia businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. How do I pay you from PA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.

You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $799.
