Should my Las Vegas site target tourists or locals?+
Whichever you actually serve — and if genuinely both, with separate pages and separate keyword sets. They're not the same customer at all. A visitor is on a phone with three days and no local knowledge, deciding in under a minute. A Summerlin resident is choosing a provider for years and comparing three of you. Trying to serve both from one page is the most common reason a Vegas site underperforms.
We supply the casinos and resorts. What would a website do for us?+
Get you shortlisted. Procurement and purchasing staff at the large properties increasingly research and compare suppliers online before an RFP, and a supplier with no findable capability content isn't in that set — regardless of how long you've served the property. Beyond that, an order or quoting portal typically pays for itself in response speed, which is what actually wins renewals in this market.
How does convention traffic change things?+
It creates predictable, dated surges with very high intent and short decision windows. If you're anywhere near the Convention Center or the Strip, having landing pages built and indexed well ahead of major shows captures traffic that competitors only react to once the event has started. Automated enquiry handling matters too, because convention-week volume exceeds what normal staffing absorbs.
Is Henderson a separate market?+
Yes, and we keep a separate page for it. Henderson is its own incorporated city with a different demographic profile — more master-planned, higher-income, more professional services and healthcare. A Las Vegas page won't rank for Henderson terms, and Henderson residents search Henderson.
Are you actually based in Las Vegas?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Las Vegas businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Las Vegas search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from NV?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Las Vegas?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $499.
