Why not just use the free chatbot in my website builder?+
If you have five FAQs and low traffic, genuinely use it — we'd rather tell you that than sell you something. Bundled widgets are usually keyword matchers working from a short list, so they fail when someone phrases a question differently, and they can't look anything up in your systems. The moment you need real answers or real actions, they stop being an option.
What does it cost per month?+
The build is one-time. Ongoing cost is AI model usage, typically $10–$80 a month for a small-business chatbot depending on conversation volume. There's no per-seat or per-conversation licence fee to us, and you own the accounts, so the cost doesn't jump because the bot got popular.
Is a subscription platform cheaper?+
