Get you found by people searching for the problem, and make a technical buyer confident you can solve it. Most deep-tech sites here fail on the first — they're organised around the technology, so they rank for terms only insiders search. We'd restructure around the customer's problem language, then let the technical depth do the convincing once they arrive. Both matter; the ordering is what usually goes wrong.
Does Pittsburgh's geography really affect local SEO?+
More than in most cities. Rivers, bridges and hills mean a two-mile distance can be a twenty-minute drive, so customer catchments are irregular in ways a radius setting handles badly. We'd set your Business Profile service area and neighbourhood pages from actual travel patterns rather than a circle on a map.
My site is old. Rebuild or fix?+
Frequently fix, and we'll audit before recommending. If the content and structure are sound and the problem is speed, mobile layout and missing schema, that's a fraction of the cost of a rebuild and often most of the benefit. If it's on a platform that's genuinely unmaintainable or the structure is working against you, we'll say that instead. Either way you get the reasoning, not just a quote.

How do I pay you from PA?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Pittsburgh?+
