We run an IT staffing firm. What actually differentiates a website here?+
Not design — everyone's site looks broadly the same and clients know it. What differentiates is functional: a real bench or availability portal clients can search, submission tracking they can check without emailing you, case content showing placements you've actually made in their sector, and a candidate experience that doesn't lose people at the application form. Those are software problems, and they're the ones we'd rather solve for you than redo your homepage.
Our customers are mostly from the Indian community. Should the site be in English?+
Primarily yes — most of that community searches and transacts in English in the US. Where a second language earns its place is in specific content: menus, event and catering pages, service explanations for older family members, and community-facing marketing. We also run a dedicated set of pages for Telugu- and Hindi-speaking business owners across US metros, including Dallas, which is worth a look if that's your community.
Is Irving a separate market from Dallas for SEO?+
Yes. Irving is its own city with roughly a quarter of a million residents, its own corporate base and its own search volume. Las Colinas in particular is a distinct search term with real commercial intent behind it. A Dallas page will not rank for Irving or Las Colinas terms, and those are the ones your local customers use.

Yes — Bullhorn, Ceipal, JobDiva, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho are all common in this market and all integrable. We ask what you run on the first call specifically so the integration is priced into the quote rather than appearing as a change order later.
Are you actually based in Irving?+
No — and we say so on the page rather than renting a virtual office address to imply otherwise. Our team is in Hyderabad and Warangal, India, and we work with Irving businesses remotely: video calls, WhatsApp, and a live preview link you can open at any point during the build. What is genuinely local is the work itself — your Google Business Profile, the Irving search terms we target, the competitors we benchmark you against, and the schema that tells Google exactly which area you serve.
How do I pay you from TX?+
Wire or ACH, Zelle, credit card through Stripe, PayPal or Wise — invoiced in USD, with a proper invoice for your accountant. Payment is milestone-based: 40% to begin, the remainder as you approve deliverables. There is no retainer and no minimum contract on the build work.
What are your hours compared to Irving?+
India runs 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead depending on your time zone and the season, which works in your favour more than against it: work happens while you sleep, and you review it in the morning. Calls are scheduled for your evening, which is our morning. Anything urgent gets a WhatsApp reply the same day.
What if the project goes wrong?+
You own the code, the domain, the hosting account and every asset from the first day — not at handover, from the beginning. If you stop working with us, everything is already yours and there is nothing to extract. The price is agreed in writing before work starts. Websites start at $1,049.
